Mind Management

A person’s lifestyle is determined by the principles that he built within. Set of Principles being consistently displayed in a person’s actions is called Character. In his book, Psycho-Cybernetics, Maxwell Maltz reveals that habits can be changed. In his own words, “The ‘self-image’ is the key to human personality and human behaviour. Change the self-image and you change the personality and the behaviour.”

Based on this self-image psychology, Sadhana Foundation conducts classes and lectures on “Mind Management” for both Adults and Teenagers. Since subconscious mind is the key to change habits and behaviour the lectures cover following topics to understand how a person can “program” the mind and get benefits of higher performance or achieve higher goals:

  4. Sources that program our Mind
  5. Basics theories of Managing self
  6. Programming own Mind

These sessions are especially useful for Teenagers since there are various changes in brain systems from age of 9 to 18 especially continuing up to age 25 and the influence the changes carry to modify teenager’s and adult behaviour.

Sadhana Foundation also conducts workshops for individuals who wish to have support in programming their Mind to achieve the Goals set by them.
